  • What is your sample policy?

    A We are pleased to offer samples if the required parts are available in stock.

    Please note that customers need to cover both the sample cost and the shipping expenses.
  • Can you produce according to my requirements?

    A Yes! we have our own R&D team and provide customization service.

    We can design and manufacture products based on your samples or technical drawings.

  • What is your delivery time?

    A Our delivery time is typically 5 to 10 days after receiving the advanced payment.

    The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of the order.

    Generally, the delivery time is within 30 days.
  • What are your terms of payment?

    A Normally, we require a 30% deposit via  T/T , and the remaining 70% balance before shipping.

    We will send you photos or videos about the products and packaging before the balance payment.

    If you have any requests for other payment methods, please let us know, and we will discuss if it is workable.
  • What is your terms of packing?

    A we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization if you need.
