The TM1Z-125 DC MCCB DC circuit breakers are designed to provide overcurrent protection within appliances or electrical equipment that already provide or do not require branch circuit protection. Q:Can AC MCCB be used for DC?
A:Only use MCCBs with a DC rating for DC circuits, as the arc cannot be extinguished and the wire will overheat and cause a fire.
