Hey everyone,
With our business booming, Yumonn Electric has been super busy lately! To better meet our customers' needs, we've invested tens of millions of RMB in the new equipments and production lines.
We've added two new punching machines in our stamping workshop.
Now, we can independently produce all parts for MCCB (Molded Case Circuit Breaker) - 800A, 1000A, 1200A, and 1600A, including iron parts, copper parts, contacts, connectors, top covers, and bottom covers.
These new machines not only boost our production efficiency but also make our product quality more stable and reliable.
We've set up an automated workshop with 15 automatic spot welding machines and 7 semi-automatic riveting machines.
These machines efficiently handle the welding and riveting of moving and stationary contacts.
In the future, we plan to fully automate all parts production to improve efficiency, reduce human error, and ensure every product meets high standards.
To keep up with the growing market demand and the increasing orders, we plan to expand our plant in September 2024.
The new facility will provide us with more production space and advanced equipment to ensure higher quality products and services.
