The L7 series circuit breakers belong to the world advanced level in the nineties, replacing the old generation kl7 circuit breakers. They are used in lighting distribution system or motor distribution system to protect overload and short circuit in the system. The product has the structure of the nineties, light weight, reliable and excellent performance. The breaking capacity is strong, tripping speed is fast, and the shell and parts are made of high fire-resistant and shockproof plastic. The product has a long service life and is mainly used for overload and short-circuit protection in AC 50Hz/60Hz single-pole 230V or two-pole, three-pole and four-pole 400V circuits, as well as for infrequent switching of electrical equipment and lighting circuits under normal conditions. The products comply with the IEC 60898 standard. They can also be used in industrial, commercial and residential applications and protect split motors.

What is MCB?

Miniature circuit breaker consists of operating mechanism, contacts, protection devices (various disconnectors), arc extinguishing system and so on. Its main contact is operated manually or closed electrically. After the main contact is closed, the free release mechanism locks the main contact in the closed position. The coil of the overcurrent detent and the thermal element of the thermal detent are connected in series with the main circuit, and the coil of the undervoltage detent is connected in parallel with the power supply. When the circuit is short-circuited or severely overloaded, the armature of the overcurrent striker suctions, causing the free release mechanism to operate and the main contact to disconnect the main circuit.

When the circuit is overloaded, the thermal element of the thermal striker heats up to bend on the bimetal, pushing the free release mechanism into action. When the circuit is undervoltage, the armature of the undervoltage release device is released. Also make the free release mechanism action.

Key Features and Benefits

  1. Efficient Data Routing: MCB leverages MPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switching) to prioritize and route data efficiently. This means that your company's critical information is sent through the most optimal path, resulting in reduced latency and faster communication.

  2. Enhanced Security: Data security is a top priority for any business. MCB ensures the integrity of your information through secure circuits, encryption, and strict access controls. This makes it an ideal choice for protecting sensitive data and ensuring privacy compliance.

  3. Scalability: MCB is adaptable to your business's growing needs. Whether you need to expand your network or make changes, the flexibility of this technology allows you to scale up or down as necessary.

  4. Quality of Service (QoS): MCB provides excellent QoS, guaranteeing a high level of service for critical applications and real-time communication. This ensures that your company's voice, video, and data services remain reliable and uninterrupted.

  5. Global Connectivity: In today's interconnected world, businesses often require a global reach. MCB enables seamless international connectivity, allowing your company to stay in touch with partners and clients worldwide.
