Before shipment, each MCCB is subjected to both instantaneous and time-delay tests. These tests are designed to verify the breaker’s response to different fault currents, ensuring that the device will operate correctly in the event of overloads or short circuits. By simulating real-world electrical conditions, we guarantee that our products will deliver the protection needed in critical situations.
Mechanical Performance Sampling: A Further Layer of Quality Control
In addition to electrical performance testing, we conduct mechanical performance tests on a random sampling basis. For every 10 breakers produced, 1 is selected for mechanical testing, where we assess durability, operational smoothness, and overall mechanical integrity. This sampling process allows us to ensure that our products maintain consistent performance, even under prolonged usage.
